Cakes 

                     Each cake from black cat cafe is made from ingredients chosen with care, mixed by hand and backed in small batches.
 
Black Cat Cafe is well-known for cakes. Nancy has even baked a cake for Gary Rhodes during the regional finals for the Local Food Hero - an annual, customer led event.  All our cakes are handmade and with over 100 recipes and are rotated depending on the seasonal produce.  None of the cakes contain preservatives, premixes or artificial products.

Cakes are baked daily using only the best products - fresh, local free range eggs, butter and local, seasonal fruit. They are baked in small batches to retain their special taste and texture.
